Need help, after update I cannot view my Swann 242 dvr Mike Spokane

When I went to view the camera, it said that an upgrade was available so I did the upgrade. I have not been able to view the camera since. When I go into the app and click on the camera I want to view, it immediately kicks me out of the app. How can I fix this?

I am using it for 9 years... excellent

I cannot view my cameras, using the app, unless I reset the box but turning the power off and on again. Then I can use the app, for a day or two, until I have to do it again. Please fix.

Update 1.0.5.7 took away my ability to view my cameras over a cellular network! Works only on Wi-Fi! Tried with several devices with the same results. Wi-Fi does work no matter where I am at but, now I have to hope a secure Wi-Fi is available. Please fix!!!!!

After the update the apps doesn’t open!! Have anyone face same problem?

Very difficult to use app, Limited functions, most control are useless , worse video quality ......One star is too much

I travel overseas often, the network always runs flawlessly, I can connect and view all my toys anywhere I go.

After the latest update I cannot access the DVR or see the camera feeds from the app, web portal or directly from the DVR. It seems that the latest update changed the username and password and I can no longer access the DVR. The original installer says this is happening to other customers and is waiting for a solution from the manufacturer. The app rendered the whole system useless and we have no camera access at this time.

Playback Through EagleEyes App Is No Longer Clear like it use to be. Before the playback was just as clear as live view but now it is blurry. I am an installer and having this problem with all my HD-TVI installations and all different smart phones. I have all settings turned up to their highest settings in the DVR and App settings. Please give the ability to watch high quality playback like before through the app.

When i used to open before new update I usually saved it on 4 or 8 channel pictures After new update it shows only save it on single channel picture It doesn't save when click On 4 or 8 channel pictures When ever open it stay on single channel picture Please fix it

I have been using Eagleeyes plus since it was introduced and it has always been exceptional. Lately it crashes each time I attempt to open it. Opens then less that 1/2 second later it crashes. I find no updates on line to fix this. Please fix ASAP

Since this last update the application won't work. It opens for a few seconds then crash.

This up date is good and bad good in the pic quality and bad in the Internet performance plz make batter up date

I no longer have access to my cameras. The setup is correct however I keep getting an error message that the IP Address is not accessible. I have a static IP Address. PLEASE FIX!

This update crashes every time I try to open it. I rebooted but it still crashes. Use iOS 9.2.1 Please fix as I use this app multiple times a day.

They took a good app and made it useless. Buy an EverFocus instead.

Bring back the old version. Can't access recordings with this new version. No customer support. Steer clear of AvTech and Eagle Eyes!

Reserve Arabic version does not work eagleeyes-plus

I've been using Eagleyes lite. Decided to upgrade to plus for the added features. Unfortunately it does nothing more than the lite version. I am using iOS 8.3

Can't view history

After update to iOS8, cannot access to recordings. Please have it fixed immediately. Also, having intermittent connection problem

I cannot believe how big they screwed up as the playback functionality is gone in the paid Plus version. With the most recent function the Plus and Free versions became identical. What a steal of money !!!

After latest update paid version resorted back to free version and lost the ability to view past recording.

used to work fine but since last ISO8 update my iPhone 5 and this app don't seem to be getting along. sure wish a update can please be sent out to fix current recording viewing problem.

According to Apple, all makers of apps were notified in advance of the new operating system. If this is so, AV Tech must not be concerned over the current problems. Doubt I will purchased any of their products in the future.

The apps was working well before the iOS8 upgrade. Please help fix it asap. Issue was when we try to activate/deactivate the notification/alert switch. Seems EagleEyesHD no issue working on my iPad with iOS8.

This use to work on my iphone 5S. With the new update to IOS 8 it no longer works and just crashes when it goes to the display screen.

Things were working pretty good till last update... Now can't see any recordings (no list at all)... Besides fixing this and some other bugs it would be nice if you could add "tap" to return to previous screen as when "tap" to go to single camera full screen... Also maybe swipe to advance though the camera views... Please Fix ASAP!!!

I liked the old version, because you can review the history in an easy and fast way. I have to go to the main system now to watch any past activity.

I can't view history and does not support recording. I like the old version than this upgraded version. Pls. Fix this.
